何 炜

何炜 第四军医大学药学系化学教研室主任、教授、博士生导师、陕西省化学会理事、中国细胞生物学学会细胞工程与转基因生物分会委员,总后勤部优秀教师,学校“双十佳”精品教员。1990.09-1994.07在西北大学有机合成专业获学士学位,1996.09-1999.07西北大学有机化学专业获硕士学位,2003.09-2006.06第四军医大学药物化学专业获博士学位。2004.06-2004.12赴澳大利亚悉尼大学学习交流。2007.02-2008.10赴香港大学化学系杨丹教授课题组从事博士后研究。

目前作为课题负责人承担“十二五”国家重大新药创制课题1项、国家自然科学基金课题3项、陕西省科技统筹计划重点项目1项、陕西省自然科学基金1项,分题负责国家重大新药创制项目2项。近年来发表科研论文60余篇(其中SCI收录期刊40余篇),获国家发明专利授权7项。先后多次获学校嘉奖2005年获学校“学术新人”基金奖励,2007年获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖,2009年入选第四军医大学精英人才库第一层次,2010年获“药学精品年会”优秀论文金奖,同年获第四军医大学“精品教员”称号,2011年荣立个人三等功,指导的研究生2012年获全军优秀硕士学位论文奖。2014年获得军队院校育才奖银奖,同年被评为学校“双十佳”精品教员。获军队优秀专业技术人才三类岗位津贴。

先后主讲有机化学、无机化学、医用化学、药用高分子材料、药学研究新进展等课程,发表教学论文10余篇,主编《有机化学》、《有机化学学习指导》(科学出版社,“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材;主编《医用化学》(化学工业出版社,高等学校“十二五”规划教材);副主编《国家医学电子书包—有机化学》(人民军医出版社);副主编《色谱分析》(第四军医大学出版社);参编人民卫生出版社国家规划教材2部,参编学术专著《不对称催化新概念与新方法》等。主持军队和各级教学课题3项,发表教学论文10余篇,2013年牵头获得陕西省教学成果二等奖。

主要研究方向:(1)手性催化剂、不对称催化反应方法学的研究,并将方法学研究成果用于生物活性分子的全合成研究;(2)新药设计合成及工艺研究;(3)功能有机分子的合成及性能研究;(4)天然产物中活性单体化合物的分离、纯化、结构改造、质量标准及生物活性研究。
